I'm a dad, an avid philosopher, and a soccer lover. I am originally from Argentina, although I must confess, I never danced the tango (at least not properly!).
I completed a Bachelor of Social Science and majored in Psychology at Swinburne University, and I then completed my Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced at Monash University, followed by 2 years of clinical training. After this, I furthered my studies in a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. While the classroom has provided me with essential knowledge and techniques, life continues to teach me about the importance of being flexible and choosing the most suitable treatment approach for each of my clients.
I am now bringing these skills and experiences to my private practice, where I strive to create an environment of trust and comfort for my clients. During our sessions, you may cry, laugh, get angry, and sometimes experience a mix of all these emotions, but in the end, we will work together to ensure you overcome the emotional pain that is preventing you from having the life you want.
